Terms and Conditions - Jiaby ambassador

1. Purpose of the Agreement

This Terms & Conditions document governs the relationship between JIABY and the individual who voluntarily agrees to serve as a Jiaby Ambassador.
By signing this document, the Ambassador confirms that they understand and accept the expectations, responsibilities, and conditions of the Jiaby Ambassador Program

2. Ambassador Mission

As a Jiaby Ambassador, the individual agrees to support Jiaby’s mission:

“To empower the Adventist community in Madagascar to connect spiritually and economically through faith, learning, and community-focused commerce.”

Ambassadors act as the link between Jiaby, local SDA churches, youth groups, and the broader Adventist digital community.

3. Roles & Key Responsibilities

A. Community Promotion

The Ambassador agrees to:

• Introduce Jiaby to local SDA church members and youth groups.

• Promote the Jiaby app via WhatsApp, Facebook, and church networks.

• Share weekly devotionals, SDA content, and app updates provided by Jiaby.

B. User & Vendor Onboarding

The Ambassador agrees to:

• Assist new users in downloading and registering on the Jiaby app.

• Help local Adventist vendors create their shop profile, upload products, and understand the platform.

• Use their personalized referral link or QR code to track registrations.

C. Faith Content Activation

The Ambassador agrees to:

• Share approved Jiaby content (devotionals, quotes, campaign visuals).

• Support faith-based engagements such as “Faith in Action,” “Lesson Sharing Week,” etc.

• Read or relay the Jiaby church announcement during Sabbath services when permitted.

D. Reporting & Feedback

The Ambassador agrees to:

• Submit weekly updates via the Jiaby Ambassadors WhatsApp group.

• Participate in short surveys, calls, or feedback sessions as needed.

• Provide insights from their church or community that may help improve Jiaby’s services.

E. Leadership & Conduct

The Ambassador agrees to:

• Represent Jiaby with integrity, humility, and professionalism.

• Uphold SDA values in all communications and activities.

• Maintain respectful behavior toward all church members, vendors, and Jiaby staff.

4. Skills & Qualifications Required

By accepting this agreement, the Ambassador confirms that they meet the following criteria:

• Active SDA Membership: Regularly involved in their local Seventh-day Adventist church.

• Digital Skills: Able to use WhatsApp, Facebook, and share links or visuals.

• Communication: Able to speak clearly, share information, and answer basic questions.

• Integrity & Trustworthiness: Recognized as reliable by peers or pastor.

• Availability: Can commit 1–2 hours per week to Jiaby-related tasks.

5. Key Deliverables

A.Deliverables Before Launch

• 20 new user registrations via personal referral link.

• 2–3 vendors onboarded (Adventist entrepreneurs).

• Participation in church/youth awareness activities.

• At least 2–3 weekly posts in church or youth WhatsApp groups.

B.Deliverables During Pilot Period

• Weekly sharing of devotionals or campaign content.

• Regular updates in the Ambassador WhatsApp group.

• Participation in at least one church-based activation moment.

6. Faith Points Reward System

Ambassadors earn Faith Points for verified activities:

• Weekly devotional shared 25 pts

• Run an event to the Church to announcement / onboard users and vendor 500 pts

Rewards

• 1000 pts – Jiaby goodies such as : Pins, calendar, t-shirt, Tote bag,...

• 2000 pts – 3 months Premium access

• 3000 pts – Mobile money (mvola, airtelmoney, orangemoney) top-up

• 5000 pts – Faith Leader Badge + public recognition

This program is voluntary and points are awarded based on validated activity.

7. Volunteer Nature of the Role

The Ambassador acknowledges that:

• This is a volunteer role, not an employment contract.

• No salary, wage, or fixed compensation is provided.

• Rewards are based on Faith Points performance and are not guaranteed.

• Jiaby may update the reward system with prior notice.

8. Confidentiality & Ethics

The Ambassador agrees to:

• Keep internal Jiaby information confidential.

• Use provided materials responsibly.

• Refrain from sharing misleading or unapproved content.

• Avoid speaking on doctrinal matters beyond official SDA teachings.

9. Program Duration & Termination

• Duration: November 2025 – end of March 2026, renewable after evaluation.

• Jiaby reserves the right to end the collaboration if:

  • Deliverables are not met,

  • Misconduct occurs,

  • Misinformation is spread,

  • SDA values or Jiaby guidelines are violated.

Ambassadors may also choose to resign with prior notice.

10. Acceptance & Signature

By confirming on joining the community, the individual confirms that they:

• Have read and understood this Terms & Conditions document.

• Agree to fulfill the mission, responsibilities, and deliverables.

• Meet the required skills and qualifications.

• Accept the volunteer nature of the role.

• Agree to represent Jiaby in a respectful and faith-aligned manner.
